The inside of the adventure cocoon
We want to equip you with a vehicle, that offers you different options and doesn’t spend most of the year standing around gathering dust. This covered wagon opens up new routes and a mobile base on the track to the west. Whereby your west can also lie in the south or wherever your adventures might be taking you.
The inside of this retro caravan holds several options for personalising. Your adventure cocoon can be beefed up even more with extra independence and comfort. In the front of the trailer there is space for storage, a couch and the technical equipment that will make your time away from the power grid very comfortable. We also recommend a mobile cool box in front of the couch towards the right side where the bar is situated. This cool box can of course also be used outside the trailer. You can find more details in the accessories section.
Heating
Heating inside the retro caravan is as an upgrade available. Here you can see an overview where the diesel heating turbine is installed. With the power of 4KW you can turn this little trailer into a take away sauna. The hot air comes out from the openings on both sides of the couch. The digital control for temperature and timing is situated on the left side of the seating area. With this upgrade you can adjust the comfort zone of the trailer to spring and autumn. It also comes in handy, when you are into water sports and are cold and exhausted after a long day out in the water.
Electrics in the caravan
Our standard electric setting is USB-plugs, voltage display and 12V output. Above those are three classic toggle switches. One for the LED-lights within the roof above the bar, a second one switches the USB and 12V outputs. A third is for the free use of the respective customer. For example, a chain of LED lights can easily be installed in the front behind bow. Under the couch is a fuse box with four outlets with automotive plugs. Two of those are used and two more are kept free for your the personal ideas.
The counter or bar
In the picture beneath the bar table is folded up. It’s a great place to eat, work on your laptop or enjoy the view with a glas of red wine. This counter can also be used when serving customers, in case you want to use the trailer as a food truck or promotion stand. The hight is designed to fit barstools with a hight of 65cm. We recommend our carefully selected barstools from Nardi-Outdoor. Those stools come in various colours, depending on your personal design concept of the trailer. Please have a lock at the accessories section for details.
The inside frame work
There are numerous prepared holes for M6 screws and hexagon press-in nuts on the inside walls of the vehicle. These can be used to attach various accessories, such as the “Orbis” shelving system. But with these fixing points, we also want to offer the owners of a rausschwärmer the opportunity to place their own fittings. We are also happy to assist you in creating your own interior upgrades if you like to build something yourself.
Fridge freezer
We recommend to place a mobile fridge freezer in front of the couch towards the right side, where the bar is situated. It can of course also be used outside the trailer. We have a cooperation with the manufacturer “Engel” and highly recommend those fridges. They are very reliable, consume little energy and are quite. Also the outer dimension fit perfectly to our trailers. You can find more details in the accessories section.
Wooden inserts
The interior of the vehicle can be fitted with numerous holders, shelves and boxes. There are currently 15 of these special parts, but new pieces of jewellery are being added all the time. The individual parts are cut from untreated wood using a laser cutter and stitched together. If you wish, you can colour them yourself, paint them or leave them in their natural state.
